Vernon a squib??

I don't know if this has ever been discussed but I just read it on 
another board and thought I would post it here.

There has always been a rumor that Petunia was a squib, but we know 
that isn't true because Lily was muggle born...So how about 
this..Vernon is actually a squib..We know nothing of his parentage. 
He is always the first one to point out his hatred of all things 
magical..cough..Filch..Cough..and I thin kit makes sense.

I also heard the argument about mimblewimble. Supposedly mimblewimble 
is a spell that counteracts the effect of another spell. Vernon 
mumbles this right before Hagrid gives Dudley the pig tail..Perhaps 
HAgrid had attempted to turn Dudley into a full blown pig but Vernon 
counteracted it, thus leaving Dudley with only a tail. I have lookied 
this spell up and can't find it on any known spell list..but I have 
heard it is a spell on the HP games.

This might be a far reaching theory..but it makes a little sense to 
me. I wanted to see what you all thought of it.
