Godric Hollow/Heartless Dursleys

I have a question:  Could someone show me where in canon it says that 
James and Lily lived in Godric's Hollow?  Or was this mentioned in a 
JKR interview?

Now for my comment:
I know the Dursleys are very self-centered and anti-wizards, but how 
is it possible that they, especially, Petunia not care for how 
tragically her own sister died.  Is it possible for her to think she 
deserved it for being a witch?  

I recall reading somewhere that not only are we going to learn more 
about Lily and that Ginny will be more involved in OoP, but as well 
as the Dursleys.  Maybe we'll find out what they thought of 
everything happened.
