No! It's insane!
...Or is it SO sane, that you just BLEW my mind!?
LOL
It hasn't been mentioned yet in the books, but JK Rowling has confirmed in an
interview that Lily was a muggleborn witch. It has come up before that
Narcissa could be a third sister. Aside from being a tall, thin, fair, and
named after a flower, there has been another parallel drawn between Lily,
Petunia, and Narcissa. They each have one son, of whom they are very
protective. Lucius wanted to send Draco to Durmstrang, but Narcissa
convinced him to send Draco to Hogwarts so he wouldn't be so far away.
Well, let's examine the possibilities. Narcissa could have been a
full-blooded third sister who was raised along with Lily and Petunia, and who
received her letter just like Lily. It's possible, but Petunia does not
mention that her sisters (plural) were both freaks, and I should think
someone in the WW would remember that Mrs. Malfoy was Mrs. Potters sister
from their school days.
Narcissa could have been a half-sister or full-blooded sister who was put up
for adoption before Lily and Petunia were born. Either way she would be
raised in a different family, perhaps not even knowing that she had sisters.
If she is their sister, or even half-sister then she is not a pureblood.
Either she doesn't know her heritage and believes herself to be a pureblood,
or she is putting on a big act, because Loo-see-us would never marry and
procreate with a "mudblood" or even a half-blood. I would pay one million
dollars to see both his and Draco's face when they find out that not only are
they not a pureblood family, but they're related to Harry Potter!
But before we get too excited, we should remember there are a lot of flower
names in the books. POPPY Pomfrey, LAVENDER Brown, PANSY Parkinon, and I
know there are more. It may have no significance at all.
