Me:  This is not very deep as it is so obvious everybody know it, but I think that Ron's growing disgust and unhappiness about both his poor financial situation and his ability to stand out among his older brothers will be extremely important and will possibly get him into trouble.  As far as hints, there are lots of hints and comments made by Ron showing his unhappiness about being so poor.  Too many to ignore I think.  Huggs Becky
