Hey this could be a foreshadowing that Draco's death is caused 
somehow by Voldemort.  Lucius leaves him and tries to help Harry 
defeat him.  Which "leads to the creation of the heavens and the 
earth (a 'new world' is created), or paraphrased as bringing about 
the peace and overall goodness (something new is usually 
innocent/pure) in the British WW.
