Yes, I guess that could be right. I was just thinking that Harry will be 15 in his fifth year, but that doesn't mean Tom was--we don't know when Tom's birthday was.

I'm not totally sure, but I see your point. The way it was worded is ambiguous. To me, the book seemed that it was referring to Voldemort for it stated: "They had been murdered [Harry's parents], murdered by the most feared Dark wizard for a hundred years, Lord Voldemort" (6). It didn't say "one of the most" but "the most." I can see what your saying and you could be right, but the way it is stated could also mean just Voldemort too. I think it's just one of those sentences that can have a couple of meanings depending on how you read it. Thanks for your reply!
