Its a good bet that not all the DE's were named as Voldemort went around
the circle.  Possible he never completed the circle and stopped halfway
or so, after naming only the most prominent DEs, his 'officers', the
rest being too low ranked to confront?  Could have been others there who
were just his 'canon fodder', unworthy of notice and not mentioned by
name?
