No doubt.  What is there that qualifies her for DADA, unless 
preventing split ends counts?  She was the weakest performer in the 
Triwizard Tournament. You're right, DADA is getting to be really 
serious stuff these days.

Arabella Figg?  Unless the teacher is someone we never knew, she's 
the most likely.
