Yes, but Seeing and Divination is, as I understand it, the *ability to predict the future.* So while Harry "sees" what happens to Frank and Voldemort in Book 4 and remembers what happened when his parents dies, he doesn't predict the future - he sees the past and the present. That's not Seeing. I stick to the idea that Harry actually *remembers* the events of the Halloween in Godric's Hollow, and sees the dreams in GoF ('live') because of his connection with Voldemort (the failed curse).
