My turn: 
I don't think that he actually does manage to cry on Mrs. Weasley's 
shoulder. He fights the sob that is struggling to break through (I 
really shouldn't quote without the books), but is interrupted by 
Hermione's capture of Bug!Skeeter. 
BUT-- Harry does cry in POA when he's working with Lupin to learn the 
patronus. He "comes to" and his face is wet with tears. He looks down 
and pretends to tie his shoe so Lupin won't notice.
