No. No. No. the flower bed quote and the Dumbledore quote are in two separate 
places in book five.  Please check back to yesterdays original post which has 
the web site link... The two quotes are from different places in the book....

And, Pickle Jimmy, if your theory turns out to fact, I will just die! LOL
