Cursing Draco on the Train

This makes me wonder about another thing...In SS Petunia Dursley 
talks about her sister ...ch 4 "came home every vacation with her 
pockets full of frog spawn, turning teacups into rats" Makes one 
wonder if there is more to this family than pure Muggle blood and 
what is it with rats!!!
