[HPforGrownups] Cursing Draco on the Train

I've been thinking about that (how Harry & Co. cursed Draco and his 
coterie)....why didn't they get in trouble?  I can't imagine that the Malfoys 
didn't complain about this.  Draco would've said something to his father, at 
the very least "That filthy little Mudblood!" or something..... Will Ron, 
Harry, Hermione, Fred, and George get in trouble for that?  I can't imagine 
that Hogwarts would want to condone that type of thing....

Me:
But /would/ he really tell his father? Tell him that he was, once again, not good enough? That he was beaten by a mudblood, some Weasley's, and Potter (/again/)? No, if I was Draco and had a father like Lucius, I'd keep it to myself. I wouldn't be sharing that kind of defeat with Lucius.
