"You won't?" said Voldemort quietly, and the Death Eaters were not laughing now.  "You won't say no?  Harry, obedience is a virtue I need to teach you before you die...Perhaps another little dose of pain?"

To me, this does not imply that he was amused, but rather startled by his response.   In other parts, it was stated that Voldemort "laughed softly" or his "lipless mouth was smiling". I think Voldemort was just as surprised as the rest of the Death Eaters that Harry was able to resist him.
