And I thought your essays were such a comprehensive trashing (if I 
may use that word) of the R/H position!

Perhaps you have explained somewhere else how that would come about 
(fanfic?), but I would appreciate a pointer, or an explanation.

Do you see Ron browbeating Hermione into it?  JKR comprehensively 
wrecking her own characterisation of these people?  Hermione dating 
Ron in some bizarre way 'for Harry's sake'?
