You're right.  I just checked and Neville's father was an Auror but 
it does not say that his mother was one too.  It does say in chapter 
30 of GoF that both Neville's parents were tortured for information 
about Voldemort's whereabouts and that they are both insane , in St. 
Mungo's Hospitol for Magical Maladies and Injuries.
