None, that I'm aware of. James asked Sirius' to be Harry's Guardian,
but this is a duty that he was never able to take up. Furthermore,
even next-of-kin have no rights over their relative's bank account.>>
Sara:
I tried searching the archives to make sure I wasn't going over a
topic that's been talked to death and couldn't find anything. So,
here goes:
Why did Sirius, who is Harry's godfather and guardian, allow Hagrid
to borrow his motorcycle to take Harry to the Dursley's?
Me:
I always believed Sirius did this because he obviously must have known Peter was the traitor, but also knew there would be no way for him to prove himself innocent. Sirius /knew/ he was going to be hunted down, so he just lets Hagrid take the bike because he won't be needing it. A flying motorcycle's not the most inconspicuous way to travel--Sirius would do better on foot.
