I have so many favourites but here are just a few that have jumped out at
me... (page numbers refer to the UK paperback editions).

Then Ron voiced what Harry was thinking.

'Why can't it be true?' Lupin said calmly, as though they were in class, and
Hermione had simply spotted a problem in an experiment with Grindylows.

'Miss Granger, you are already facing suspension from this school,' Snape
spat. 'You, Potter and Weasley are out of bounds, in the company of a
convicted murderer and werewolf. For once in your life, hold your tongue.'
'But if - if there was a mistake -'
'KEEP QUIET, YOU STUPID GIRL!' Snape shouted, looking suddenly quite
deranged.
