See Greywolf, I have supportersand loyal allies *g*! I really do think
we are both getting too much out of the spirit of cannon now, what
with all the discussion of hiring procedures we know nothing about.
All we can say for sure is that if what you have at the end of a year
is competantly taught children then you have hired correctly and your
procedure works and if not then you have not and it does n't.
