Okay, it says "Potters," but that could just as easily refer to only James
and Lily doing the waving. My impression is that the mirror showed Harry's
entire family *on both sides.* His parents were in the front and foreground,
and both his paternal and maternal relatives were in the background. This
would explain why he saw several people with green eyes -- they were his
mother's relatives.
