Mine:

Goodness, so many OH MY GOSH moments and everyone's taken them all.  
Mine was McGonagall talking out of the side of her mouth to 
Peeves, "It unscrews the other way."  She DOES have a sense of humor-
-I KNEW IT!  I about laughed myself sick.
