I've tried replying to a couple of messages, and it seems my
messages get lost, so I'll try once again. My first topic is
Ginny. I've been a big fan of hers since book 2, I guess *most* of
the other Weasley kids are fun to read about, so I was interested to
see more of her personality. I have to admit, I wasn't disapointed
at all in OOTP in that regard. She's really showing tons of spunk
and bravery, and I really hope she gets to move closer into Harry's
inner circle, perferably as a girl friend, (keeping my fingers
crossed) but I'd settle for just good friends. I DO NOT see Harry
with Hermione at all. They seem to have more of a brother/sister
type relationship. I really think Hermione and Ron will make a
match of it eventually.

Okay, about Molly. I agree with a lot of what's been said about
her, both positively and negatively, but I just wanted to say two
things in her defense. As for her always getting on her childrens
cases, maybe if Arthur would take the lead once in a while and do
some of it, she wouldn't have to be so nagging. (He wasn't upset at
all with the kids stealing the flying car, and when George and Fred
gave Duddly that candy, yea, he yelled at them a little bit, but
wasn't going to tell Molly, and wasn't really going to punish them
either about it. You can tell that Molly has had the brunt of it
for probably most of their marraige).

My second point is Scabbers. Now that Arthur and Molly are in The
Order, they obviously know Sirius is innocent, and all about
Wormtail. Think about how many sleepless nights she's probably had
thinking about a mass murderer and a Death Eater living in her
house, sleeping in her childrens rooms, for twelve years. That and
Ginny almost being killed by Voldermort probably has her maternal
instict kicked into high gear.

Oops, I just thought of a third point. She is probably feeling out
of control having to actually live at the Orders Headquarters, and
with all the stress of people going in and out, having no real
authority like she would in her own home, all she can do is try to
protect her kids from as much as she can.

That said, her comment to Sirius about him being in Azkaban was WAY
out of line, and she should have at least apologized to him, which I
don't think ever happened. Nothing excuses that.
