Halloween Deathday

Seeing as how there are about a gazillion messages here, I'm sure 
this has been brought up, but I'll ask anyway.  Does anybody know if 
there is some significance with Lily and James having the same 
deathday as Nearly Headless Nick?  I realize there is about a four 
hundred year difference between the deaths, but I thought the 
coincidence was odd, since there is no such thing as a coincidence 
in a contrived story.
