I don't remember where exactly I found this recipe, but I figured I'd
share it. This is the sort of visual I get when I picture butterbeer.
Butterbeer:
½ oz (approx.) Butter
3oz Whipped Cream/ thick cream
Few Drops Water (boiled)
1 Cup Full fat Milk
How to make:
Melt the butter on a low heat setting.
Boil the water.
Heat the milk up so it is warm but not enough for it to burn you.
Put a few drops of water into a cup with the melted butter.
Stir until designated mixture
Add the milk and cream on top
Stir until a warm tasty butterbeer is created.
I figured it to be a warm creamy-like drink. Not so much a root beer-
ish type of drink. I bet it'd be good with some cinnamon in it....
maybe even some Irish Cream or Butterscotch schnapps? I haven't tried
it yet.
