That was me...and on reflection, I've decided it can actually be EITHER
hot or cold.

But you're quite right, it's also drunk out of bottles so must be drunk
cold as well. Unless they're special magical thermos-flask type
bottles! :-) I don't think it can be fizzy though if it's served hot - I
think it's more like a milky cappuccino type foam - at least on the hot
version.
Maybe eventually we'll get to find out!
