OOP: Umbridge and the look of triumph

Umbridge gives Harry a look of triumph during his practical DADA 
exam. I've been running the possibilities through my head: 
a) that Harry producing the patronus reminded her of her dementors 
b) that she knew Hagrid's days at Hogwarts were numbered 
c) that she was immensely proud that her students could perform 
complex spells in the examination (yeah and jupiter's moons are 
covered in mice..). 

Mostly I hope that she hasn't managed to cause some sort of problem 
for Harry's exam results behind the scenes. I really really need some 
reassurance!!! I would believe anything of that horrible Umbridge 
woman...
