Greetings from Hexquarters.

It has come to the attention of the Admin team that we have a great many
"bouncing" list members at the moment. 1249 bouncing members, to be precise.
Indeed, life has become rather hazardous here as they keep bouncing in from
all
directions, asking just why they are no longer receiving their individual
emails
from the group, forcing confused elves to scatter in alarm before scurrying
into the darkest recesses of Yahoo! to reactivate accounts and change
membership
settings.

The problem in most cases is that mailboxes are simply becoming too full, so
that they can receive no more email.

At this point, when posting rates are so high, we *strongly advise* members
set to receive individual emails to edit their membership (there is a button
for this purpose in the top right hand corner of the homepage) and to set
themselves to "Special Notices", particularly if unable to
read email for a day or two.

If you suspect that your account may be bouncing (i.e. if you have stopped
receiving emails), you can take steps to reactivate your account yourself.

Go to the My Groups page: http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups
If you notice a bounce alert near the top of the page, click on the link.
This will take you to the My Preferences page.
Click on the Reset link.

Please note that we are finding that Yahoo! is a little slow in responding to
requests of all natures at present.

If you are not sure whether your account is bouncing, or if you need further
help, please contact us at the -owner address:

<A HREF="mailto:HPforGrownups-Owner at yahoogroups.com">HPforGrownups-Owner at yahoogroups.com</A>

and we can send a reactivation request for you if necessary.
We'll need the email address of the account you used to join our group.
