OoP: Trelawney's SECOND Prediction

Does anyone think that Trelawney's second prediction, regarding 
wormtail escaping, would be in the Department of Mysteries?  
Dumbledore knew about it because Harry told him.  Would Dumbledore 
have told the MoM so they could keep a record in the DoM? Harry was 
the one to actually hear it, so if they did keep a record, I imagine 
Harry's name (or rather initials) would be on yet another prediciton 
on record... S.T. / H.P. I guess we'll never know for sure since they 
are all destroyed!
