The same way they get 'wuster' out of Worstershire or 'lester' out of 
Lestershire.  :)  It's a British thing-got something to do with the 
accent.  They complain because Americans can't say aluminium 
correctly (they're right BTW, if you look at it phonetically, it *is* 
al-yu-min-ee-um), but I suppose we all have our quirks.  
When I read it, I read it as 'Or-roar'  I can't remember how Dale 
says it on the tapes.
