A further question that I have concerns magic coming to and going
home from Hogwarts. In one of the books (sorry but don't have them
with me) the students practice disarming each other on the way home,
but Fred (or was it George) has commented that they pass out notices
telling students not to perform magic outside of school before they
get on the train home.
