OoP - Ron's Sense of Humor and Predictions

I think we all need to listen to Ron more.  I actually have all 5 
books at my feet because I was planning to go through them to find all 
the examples of Ron's offhand comments that are really spot-on 
observations.

Off the top of my head, I remember Ron saying in GoF that even 
Dumbledore could be fooled by a really clever wizard.  He was right; 
Crouch Jr. had Dumbledore going all year.

In CoS, it is Ron who suspects Draco all along and while he was wrong 
about that, it is Draco's father, a Malfoy, who is responsible for 
helping to open the Chamber.

I really need to go through the books to find other examples (someone 
pointed out his vision in the Mirror of Erised), but Ron shouldn't be 
brushed off so quickly, the way Hermione is prone to do.  I don't for 
one second buy that Ron is a Seer, but he is far more perceptive than 
he is given credit for.
