That is incorrect. The conversation about finding children dressing
up as Draco "frightening" and "You're getting far too fond of Draco"
did not turn onto Snape at all. Right after ending with "The Dark is
Rising", the conversations turn into question about giving advice to
kids who want to be writer. She did not made the comment
about "scary", "getting too fond" in the context for Snape.
Snape was mention much later, when Stephen asked JKR how he found
Snape sad and lonely, and that "maybe he's not so bad afterall." It
was then JKR said, "you shouldn't find him too nice, let me just say
that. He's worth to keep an eye on. Ol' Severus." That did not
implied anything you said up there.
I notice skew impressions of the webcast has turn up on this list
over and over. Maybe we should put a link to the transcript or
indication on FAQ somewhere.
