I did a "YES!!" when Harry stuck up for Hermione when Cho was trying to 
explain why her filthy excuse for a friend ratted on the DA and Cho says it 
was really low of Hermione to jinx the sign up sheet but Harry just sticks up 
for her and says he thought it was brilliant.  (I was really getting sick of Cho at 
this point and thought she was a brainless twit for trying to stick up for 
Marietta.)

When Harry and Fred (or George?) landed solid blows to Ferret Boy after the 
Quidditch Match  ("YES!!! Take that you twitchy little junior Death Eater 
Ferret!!!")

Also, and I will piss off many with this, but this book had me getting VERY 
annoyed with Ron and by the end I was actually *cheering* ("YES!! YES!! 
GO!!") for that brain to kill Ron.  (Plus I had heard the spoilers about the 
death and really did not want them to be true.)  

Last one:  When McGonagall stands up and *towers* over scUmbridge during 
'Career Advice' and proclaims that she will help Harry become an auror if it is 
the last thing she ever does!  ("YES!! Go Minnie!!)
