But I am a compulsive list lover.  So here's mine:

PS: When Nevelle gets those last 10 points to win the cup.  

CoS: well, I'm going to cheat and pick a movie moment where Snape and 
Lockhart are dueling.  The look Alan Rickman gives Kenneth Brannagh 
is just priceless.  'Course I love Alan ... for that matter, I also 
love Kenneth - terrific casting there.

(see I'm having trouble here as I haven't read the first four books 
in a while ...)

PoA: Winning the Quiddich cup, Nevelle and the Snape Boggart, Harry's 
Patronus charging down the fake Dementors and finding out they were 
fake dementors.

GoF: Malfoy, the amazing bouncing ferret.  Just the image of that and 
of Ron's face afterwards.  And Harry finishing task 1 and getting Ron 
back.

OoP: McGonagall losing it on Umbridge at Harry's Career Advice 
meeting; Fred and George's fireworks trick and all the love that came 
out of that ("I wasn't sure I had the authority") and my favorite of 
all, Fred and George's exit.  Classic.
