I don't think it is, though. With how important Sirius is to Harry,
I would have expected him to open the package as soon as he got it.
Instead, he forgets about it for months? He's paid enough attention
to the other presents Sirius gave him, so I can't really understand
why he would completely ignore this one, whatever else was going on.
