In the chapter "The Parting of the Ways" (or something along those lines, 
you know which one I'm talking about), when Fudge was being bullheaded about 
not listening to Dumbledore. I groaned out of frustration and beat my head 
against the book more than once in a five or six page range.

OotP:
Since no one's brought it up, I'll say when we discover that Percy sent back 
the Weasley jumper noteless. I just wanted to kick him. Admittedly, not for 
the first time in the book, but this was the proverbial icing on the cake.

Also when Harry thought Snape didn't understand the message "He's got 
Padfoot in the place where it's hidden." Grraaargh.
