I have no problem with Hermione being that perceptive despite having 
a lack of actual relationship experience. I know people like that 
who are a) Hermione's age b)don't have a lot of friends but still c)
know a lot about other people's inner workings. And I myself seem to 
surprise people with my understanding of characters and 
relationships even though I never dated and never had many friends. 

So just my few cents on this
