I don't think so. Snape removed that specific memory from his brain 
and put it into the Pensieve so that Harry wouldn't see it if ever 
he succeeded in delving into his mind. 

Snape apparently forgot about stowing the Pensieve somewhere else 
when he had to go out and unplug Montague from the toilet, and Harry 
was supposed to leave the office anyway.
