My reply:  Um I realize that is perhaps going a little bit off topic but oh well.  They still do that at parochial schools, at least in the US.  I remember one day I got that done and the very next day I came down with strep throat.  
 
Anyways, perhaps Blaise becomes a mediwizard :).
