Now I disagree on that statement. Wizards are /not/ like centaurs, elves, or
fairies (though I think you meant pixies).
There is no such thing as a non magical centaur, elf, or pixie/fairiy. If
there were they could be explained by science and thus would not be hidden from
muggles. Wizards are /human/, a majority of which have no magic whatsoever,
while all the other magical races simply /are/ magic, or are in the exact
oppisit situation.
The statement you made sounds rather like the sentiment expressed in the
fountain in the MoM.
And as to the Wandless magic, well everything Harry did previously without a
wand he didn't consiously intend to do, nor did he use a word to activate it.
