Me:

True.  And Molly Weasley, Professor Sprout, and possibly Neville are.  It's 
always seemed to me that Harry generally is derisive about a character's 
looks when he already has a reason to dislike the character, and barely thinks 
about them if it's a friend of his.   He'll go on and on, as the narrator, about 
Dudley's weight, but only the "bad" characters ever make fun of Molly's.
