In POA, Harry and Ron are heading to Charms after Hermione slaps 
Malfoy and when they realize she isn't behind them, they wonder if 
she had gone to the bathroom.  Then often refer to the 10 minute 
breaks between classes.  Maybe this is when they all use the 
restrooms.
