When you say "Central Scotland", though, which area are you referring 
to? Is this a fact you read in a book or an area you have designated 
yourself? The reason I ask is that "Central Scotland", or "the 
Central Belt" usually refers to the area between Glasgow and 
Edinburgh. All the possible locations for Hogwarts (as designated in 
the Lexicon) are much higher, more or less aligned with Aberdeenshire 
and Grampian Region. So it still could be a mistake.
