Recognition at the end of Book 7

Hi All,

I've been pondering about the end of book 7, when all is done and 
dusted, will we see a few "gongs" handed out in recognition of a 
successful campaign.

Here's my quick list:-

Order of Merlin 1st Class:

Harry Potter
Sirius Black (posthumous)
Ron Weasley (posthumous)
Percy Weasley (for services to The OotP)

Order of Merlin 2nd Class:

Hermione Granger
Rubeus Hagrid
Severus Snape

Order of Merlin 3rd Class:
The Order of the Phoenix
The Staff and Pupils of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

I wonder who the M of M will be who will present the medals.
