OOP: Draco and Ron

If Sirius, Molly and Narcissa all share the same great-grandparent, 
which is what is implied by Molly and Sirius being second cousins and 
Sirius and Narcissa being first cousins, then Ron and Draco are third 
cousins.  Not even once or twice or infinitely removed, as I'm sure 
both would prefer...

(How this works out: my cousins are the children of my parents' 
siblings.  My cousin's child is my first cousin, once removed.  My 
cousin's child is my child's second cousin.  The children of two 
second cousins are third cousins.  Clear as mud, I'm sure.)
