Ginny and Books 6 & 7

I seriously see Ginny play a pivotal role in book 6 and 7? Cho is 
out of pic, and Ginny is coming into her own. BUT remember in CoS, 
there's also a transfer of the real (not through a spell) Voldemorte 
to Ginny, just like Voldemorte to Harry. In CoS (Tom Riddle to 
Harry) "So Ginny poured out her soul to me ... I grew powerful ...to 
start pouring a little of my soul back into her..." Thoughts?
