OTOH Dumbledore's implication was that he was the 1st choice and that the 
reason he didn't chose him had nothing to do with Dumbledore thinking that Harry 
didn't have the skills necessary to do the job and everything to do with the 
outside burdens that were being piled on Harry's shoulders.
