Also- Neville talks about it.  In SS, Neville is telling everyone 
that his family thought he might be non-magical (Later known to be 
called a squib), but that one day, his Uncle Algae was holding him 
outside his window by his ankle and accidentally let go. Instead of 
dropping head first onto the ground, Neville bounced down slowly.  
(Poor Neville needs a new family)
