I think the chapter is so named because Harry assumes that's why this 
memory is in the pensive.  Maybe that's not even why it's in there - 
the scene begins with all of them taking an OWL exam, and as they 
leave, Snape is looking at the exam paper.  Perhaps most of Snapes 
memories of the OWL exams are not associated with strong emotions; 
but this one is, due to what happened following the exam.  Since we 
don't know what other memories were removed (or why the memory from 
his childhood was NOT removed), we don't have any context to 
determine why they were removed.

Perhaps this particular memory was removed because it was related to 
taking the OWLs, maybe even including a photographic memory of the 
exam papers.  Perhaps it was removed to keep Harry from gaining an 
advantage on the exam he would be taking in only a short time.
