Personally, I think it would be a riot if the new DADA teacher was
Harry.  JKR's already done the set up for it by having Harry teach
during 5th year and by emphasizing the completely unavailability of
DADA teachers (hence Umbridge's appointment).  I think if Snape was
going to get the job, he would have gotten it during 5th year.  Tonks,
also, was available 5th year, and she's almost certainly needed where
she is.

Mind, there are a number of problems with giving Harry the apointment.
 There are authority issues both with getting the students to respect
him and giving him, essentially, authority equal to teachers who will
be teaching him.  There's also the knowledge aspect.  Harry doesn't
know the sixth and seventh year material yet.  He'd be learning as
well as teaching.  (Although that would be a good way to bump up his
DADA skills by a year.)
